MCM DESIGN is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement explains data collection and use practices of the MCM DESIGN sites.

Collection of your personal information

You can access our Web sites and browse our sites without disclosing personal data. We collect, store and process your personal data only to process our service, and in particular, to fill your order, authorize your payment and to maintain our ongoing customer relations. We collect personal data that you provide upon registration, order, survey, competition, or other forms, as well as by e-mail.
When you place an order through any of our sites, we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date, or, for certain types of payments, your bank account data (payment data). This allows us to protect against fraudulent credit card use, process and fill orders, and provide notification of order status to you. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you.
The information you disclose during an order process will also be avaliable to our internet payment service provider ShareIt, element 5 GmbH.

Security

All order information is transmitted using the secure (encrypted) HTTP protocol according to the current SSL standard, which encrypts all of your personal information including name, address and credit card number. 128 Bit encryption ensures that no one can access or use personal information in an unauthorized manner.
Your information is stored on our system, which is protected by sophisticated firewall systems.

Electronic newsletters

When you purchase a product from MCM DESIGN, you will automatically receive information about new product releases and products related to the one you have purchased. We will not share your e-mail address with third parties.

If you submit personal information, such as your e-mail address, to us by following the "Contact Us" link located throughout our sites, we will use that information to respond to your question or request for information.
